In Canada we send our products by priority airmail. There is no way of tracking regular priority airmail. Packages usually reach their destination in 10 to 14 working days, less if you live in Canada. However, please be aware that sometimes packages can reach their destination after over 42 working days, due to busy periods and strict Customs controls in your own country! Please be patient.
Please note that we will always ship to the address given by Bandcamp/Paypal. If you would like us to ship to a different address, please indicate this in writing at melanierosecantin@gmail.com. We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered because the address given by the buyer is inaccurate.
We always update 'item shipped' on your purchases as soon as possible.
Please be aware that any Customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
We are happy to send items direct to the recipient if they are gifts and a hand-written card or autograph in the book can be included - just ask!
Business days are Monday to Friday. Also, the public holidays in Canada may not be the same as where you live so please bear this in mind when ordering.

We accept payment by Paypal and all major credit cards.
Reserved items will be held for a maximum of 5 business days, once this time has elapsed, the item will be put back to general stock.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter. We will refund you in full, less postal charges, providing you return the item/s to us in the same condition as they were received within 28 days of receipt.
If you would like to insure/track your package please let us know in advance of paying, via the convo system and I will obtain the best possible price for you (insured shipping is usually twice the cost of normal shipping as a rough guide).
